New Block
Section titled “New Block”- Enter a Phone Number or SIP Address.
- Click Block.
Calls from this destination are rejected on all lines.
Blocked Numbers
Section titled “Blocked Numbers”This section appears once at least one block exists. Remove saved blocks here. A number can also be blocked or unblocked from the context menu of a contact or recent call.
Outgoing dialing rules
Section titled “Outgoing dialing rules”Outgoing dialing rules are a Pro feature. A rule assigns numbers beginning with a specific prefix to a line.
- Enter a prefix under Number Starts With, such as
0049. - Choose a line under Use Line.
- Click Add Rule.
If multiple rules match, the longest matching prefix wins. TelefonX considers only connected and unlocked lines. If the line stored in a rule is unavailable, TelefonX falls back to the current dialer selection or an available default line.
Example: 0049 uses “Office”, while 004940 uses “Hamburg”. The more specific 004940 rule handles 004940123456.
