How to Uninstall WooMex
It is a pity that you want to uninstall WooMex. Please let us know the reason so that we can make WooMex better.
When uninstalling/removing WooMex, you need to consider two things:
- If you deactivate the plugin and delete it from WordPress, you will only remove the plugin and its files. All settings, notifications, cron jobs, roles & rights etc. remain in the database.
- If you want to uninstall WooMex completely, you must either change the wp-config.php file of your website or alternatively activate complete data deletion when uninstalling in the settings.
Since the complete uninstallation including all data is permanent and very destructive, we make this information available as it is. Enwikuna Support will not support this process for security reasons.
We generally recommend a backup of the page incl. to carry out the database. This is the only way to ensure that the data is not lost even after complete uninstallation.
