Phone and SIP links
Section titled “Phone and SIP links”TelefonX handles tel:, sip:, and sips: links. Opening one places the phone number or SIP address in the dialer. Verify the selected line before calling.
Use selected text
Section titled “Use selected text”- Select a phone number or SIP address in another app.
- Open the context menu.
- Choose Services Call with TelefonX.
If the service is missing, open System Settings Keyboard Keyboard Shortcuts … Services and enable Call with TelefonX.
Menu bar and app menus
Section titled “Menu bar and app menus”The menu bar icon lists every line and its status and provides Open TelefonX, Do Not Disturb, actions for current calls, Settings …, and Quit TelefonX. The Phone menu also provides Place Call, End All Calls, Do Not Disturb, and Reconnect Lines. ⌘ + Shift + D toggles Do Not Disturb when Focus synchronization is not active.
Startup, notifications, and Dock
Section titled “Startup, notifications, and Dock”Enable Open TelefonX at Login under Settings General. If macOS still requires approval, use Open Login Items … there. TelefonX can send notifications for incoming calls and callbacks. Unseen missed calls appear as a badge on the Dock icon.
Closing the last window does not quit TelefonX. Reopen it from the menu bar icon or Dock.
